Clubhouse:
BridgeWater has a clubhouse that residents can use to host parties or gatherings. The main clubhouse is kept locked at all times, except for bathroom and shower facilities that are accessible to the pool area and tennis courts via a clubhouse side door. The clubhouse contains seating, folding tables, TV and audio equipment, Wi-Fi access, as well as bathroom facilities. The clubhouse has a small kitchen area with a refrigerator, sink, microwave, and plenty of counter space.
Use of the subdivision clubhouse is by reservation only. To reserve the clubhouse please follow the steps below:
Find the “Clubhouse Reservation Calendar.”
1. Choose the desired date.
2. Select a time slot.
3. Enter an event description, along with your name and email address.
4. Click on “Schedule Event.”
5. We will contact you by text or email with the access code 2 hours before the event.
6. There is an option to add a note for any additional details. Please include preferred contact method.
To ensure availability, please submit your reservation request at least 7 days in advance.
All reservations require a deposit of $100, which can be made by check or through Zelle.
For check payments, please make it payable to Bridgewater HOA with Clubhouse reservation in memo line and drop it in the box in front of the clubhouse at least 3 days before your event. The check will be returned after the clubhouse has been inspected and confirmed to have no need for repairs, cleanup, or maintenance following your use.
For Zelle payments, please send the amount to bridgewatertreasurer@gmail.com at least 3 days before the event. The deposit will be refunded to the sender’s Zelle account after the clubhouse has been inspected and confirmed to have no need for repairs, cleanup, or maintenance following your
